Dan -- come on cane homer ... Jacory Harris is still on your Heisman list??? Please -- what a joke. If you are going to be a homer fine ... but don't try to be objective about the issue. You hang up on callers that say Tebow, well I guess we can wait until December when he wins his 2nd one. At a min. Tebow gets to go to NY for the award, even if he does not win it. Jacory will not even sniff the finalist for this award and any postering you may have on this point is homerism bunk. And you know it.
And what is the back slapping UM for scheduling out of conference teams? Are you serious? Didn't UM play Charleston Sounthern a year or two ago? Great, UM plays one tough non conference team this year - I guess two if you count USF but that was hardly the case when the game was scheduled --but I digress. Glad the UM can put OU on the schedule to take 2 beat downs -- not sure what the will prove other than UM is miles away from being an elite team. We both know that UM schedule these games to actaully get its fans to the stadium. If they could sell enough tickets playing North Texas or Ark St. they would. They can't and they need the rev. to run the program so they do home and home with "named" teams to sell tickets.
How many blowout losses does Randi have to suffer before you acknowledge that he is not the right guy. Randi has been there for 3 years and they have 2 or 3 blowout losses each year. That tells me that his players will quit as soon as thing don't go their way. I can't wait to watch this next OU beat down in front of the home fans -- should be fun. You know it is coming -- you give up 270 yrds on the ground to VT -- nice. UM can not stop the run and they can not run the ball on offense. If UM could run the ball they would try to shorten the game like they did at UF last year when they lost by 23. OU is going to woodshed your boys and I hope you savor every second of the beating.
