There are only 32 NFL head coaching jobs in the world. There are a lot of proven coaches out there. So we start over with a new Offensive and Defensive coaches.. We are at the bottom of everything do you think switching would makes us worse?

It’s tight at the top for United
MANCHESTER UNITED are acting out their own version of A Christmas Carol at Old Trafford. But the unpopular Glazers are doing it for real behind the scenes at United with swingeing penny-pinching that has stunned staff.
LEGEND ... but cuts have hit WhitesideFears are also growing that Alex Ferguson will not have money to spend in the New Year as the club\'s £690million debt begins to bite.
The cost-cutting measures have stretched to United legends being BARRED from seats at Old Trafford after addressing fans in lounges - or even having a HOT MEAL!
And that is on top of continued ticket price rises and redundancies, which have affected presenters and other staff at the club\'s TV station MUTV.
One United legend, who did not want to be named, summed up the mood at the club.
He said: "The cuts are really starting to affect people\'s morale. The staff are at a low ebb.
"We can\'t even watch the game or have some hot food to eat - even if seats are free and food is left over.
"The cuts seem to be affecting all areas of the club.
"You just have to hope it does not affect Sir Alex or any team-building."
The cuts will have been sanctioned by co-chairman Joel and Avram Glazer and seen through by chief operating officer Michael Bolingbroke.
In the 4½ years since the Glazers took over, they have a net spend on transfers of just £6.25m.
They use part of the club\'s profits to pay off the huge debt they have plunged United into.
Last season, the club made a net profit of £80m after winning the league, Carling Cup, Club World Cup and reaching the Champions League final. But £43m of that went to pay the interest on the club\'s debts.
A conservative estimate puts the total of money taken from United to service the debt at £250m.
Money that could otherwise have kept them at the top transfer table with Real Madrid.
The club sold Cristiano Ronaldo for £80m to Real, spending £19m of it on Antonio Valencia and Gabriel Obertan.
Ferguson missed out on his No 1 target in Lyon\'s Karem Benzema when he was outbid by Real, who landed him in a £35m deal. The United boss said at the time he was not prepared to pay over the odds for the player.
The Glazers\' spokespeople continue to claim the rest of the Ronaldo money is available. But the huge cost-cutting plans continue to go on behind the scenes as ticket prices go up.
Tickets have risen by an average of 42 per cent since the Glazer takeover.
The cuts have stretched to the treatment of legends such as Jimmy Greenhoff, Frank Stapleton, Stuart Pearson, Norman Whiteside, Lee Martin and European Cup winner David Sadler.
They are paid as hosts in various suites around Old Trafford to give their views on match days.
The former players would then take up seats outside lounges to watch games but have now been told they cannot have a seat - even if it is free. They have to watch it on a TV inside.
They also used to be allowed to have some of the left-over hot food put out for paying guests but are now given a packed lunch of sandwiches and crisps instead.
The cuts have also hit the Carrington training ground where \'non-essential staff\' are no longer allowed a free breakfast.
Groundsmen would come into the canteen after preparing pitches and make themselves toast from any left-over bread - not anymore!
United became one of the first clubs to set up their own TV station 10 years ago, believing their global appeal would lead to major subscription-based profits.
The club have always refused to reveal how many subscribers they have and a number of backroom staff and presenters have been axed.
United have also whacked up the price for radio coverage of their Champions League games, which clubs control independently.
This has led to Radio 5 refusing to cover United\'s last two European home games live. Instead, they have covered it from a reporter\'s house while watching TV.
A United spokesman said: "Like any business the club keeps a close eye on costs and tries to identify areas where savings can be made."
United will no doubt point at the turmoil at Liverpool, Arsenal\'s lack of spending and even Chelsea owner Roman Abramovich being more frugal.
But when a club that used to be the richest in the world denies a European Cup winner some left-over chilli, there are understandably concerns.

33% of the People Hate Sileo.
33% of the People Hate Duemig.
33% Probably don\'t Give a Sh!T.
I for one Love Sileo....and Hate Duemig....but I still listen to his sorry ass almost every day and every now and then I will find myself agreeing with what he says although its not often.
These are the reasons why I am Not A Duemig Fan.
Gave Trent Dilfer such a hard time, every stinking Day. And then we get rid of Dilfer and he goes on to win a superbowl.
Gave Chirs Simms a hard time for not being tough enough and then when he nearly died, all of a sudden he is a Big Chris Simms Honk.
All the Times he Says "You think you Know but you Don\'t Know" only to be wrong.
When ever he brings up the "Support your local team and dont wear anyone elses jerseys to the game rant...just poor radio.
For Bashing Jon Gruden and the GM, and then when he gets them on the radio he asks them soft ball questions.....big time coward....let me repeat that Big time coward.
For being such a Raheem Moris Honk, it is so obvious something is going on behind the scenes. If Raheem Moris had not been affliated with the Bucs and he was brought in to run the team Steve would be screaming that this guy is not worthy of running a billion dollar company.
And most recently for calling to have Coach Maddon fired. Does he forget that Coach Maddon brought us to the World Series Last Year with one of the lowest pay roll teams in MLB. I think at one point the Yankees where paying A-Rod more money than the entire Rays Team.
You have to have some pair of balls to be calling for someone to be fired who brought us to just a few games of a winning the world series. If it was not for mother nature, I think they would have done it last year.
He is quite the ego to be calling out Buc fans for being mad at the current hapless direction, when if fact he was bashing the Rays even when they were winning just because he hates the coach.
These are the things I don\'t Like about Sileo
1. He is a Yankees fan and all yankee fans are jag offs.Nitty shook aff some rust in the First and kept the Bolts in the game for the tie and SHootout win. Nitty has gotten points in every start. Vinny and Stamkos score in the SHootout/.
